While I have only been taking this for a couple of months, I do belive that I am feeling my muscles more distinctly and I am increasing my strength at a faster rate. The pills do have a slight taste, nothing really nasty. I wish they were more concentrated so I wouldn't have to take as many. I have not noticed any adverse reactions from them.

This supplement has been amazing when it comes to my health and the benefits. So me being postpartum from a c-section, it has amazing ingredients to provide a complete source of protein aiding in my healing and also helping to give my body the nutrients and energy it needs to breastfeed and heal! You have to tailor the serving size to your weight, activity level, and your health needs, but that’s easy to figure out if you reach out to the actual company. They are amazing to work with and so informative. The taste isn’t great when it comes to taking the tablets, but they go down easy when swallowed and there’s a great amount of servings for the price! If you have a hard time swallowing pills I would go for the powder, it dissolves pretty well in a drink.

+55 male and been actively strength training for decades. But workouts are getting tough. I take three about 30 min before class and I can notice a significant improvement in performance. I eat decent. I drink a little. But no different than the last 30 years, so all things considered these work very well for me. Also, I can tell a definite improvement in recovery time/soreness, easpecially after a tough leg day. Wish I would have had this type of product 30 years ago.

Let’s be honest, these things taste like a science experiment gone wrong. But wow, do they deliver. Hitting my protein goals is now ridiculously easy. I just pop a few of these, make a face like I’ve licked a battery, and boom! Protein problem solved. Gains without the shakes, bloating, or 10 pounds of chicken breast. Worth it! Highly recommend for those struggling with protein intake.

They used to make this with a smaller ingredient list and I didn't realize this has been reformulated about a year ago. It was a nice solid list of good aminos but now has too many in my opinion. Also, for those prone to uric acid or gout issues, the Adenine, ATP, deoxyadenosine and deoxyguanosine can be metabolized into uric acid. This also does not give the breakdown of milligrams per ingredient, it should have an amino acid profile on it. Been using the new formula for a week and I really don't feel any difference with exercise, sleep or skin. I feel more muscular impact and sleep improvement from taking collagen vs this.
