This is my preferred brand of probiotics. The capsule is very small and easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste at all and they work well.

We have been taking this Pro Biotic for 5 years and have not had one cold since. This stuff works! My husband and I would catch several colds a year but none since taking this magic pill! Love it! We order off amazon now cause most of the time they are sold out at our pharmacy.

Well, first, please allow me to tell you what happens to me when I take one of Bayer's TruBiotics daily: 1) I have increased energy; 2) I don't have any bloating or gas (like I did daily before I took these particular ones); 3) I don't wake up in the morning with dry heaves (I know, yucky to hear but this is what happens). That's enough for now. I must tell you, I've used at least 6 other brands of probiotics and perhaps I got one or the other of the listed benefits but never all three. I noticed the change about 3 days after starting my one per day regiment. I do remember running out one month and before I knew it, each and every erased symptom had returned. I will never switch probiotics and I will never allow myself to run out again.....ever. I give these a 5 thousand rather than just a 5! I highly recommend.. Just to re-cap: 1) Erases all my bloating and gas; 2) I don't wake up with upset stomach or dry heaves; 3) I have increased energy.

Can tell a difference the days I miss taking it

... because my understanding has always been that probiotics were needed only if you had gone through a course of heavy-duty antibiotics and they had destroyed most of the necessary bacterial in your gut. That happened to me once after a bout with pneumonia.But I am on meds that, from time to time, can create a bit of havoc when i eat certain, but delectable, foods. So I decided to give this shot. Admittedly the price had a lot to do with the choice, given the alternatives. I realize that there are other probiotics out there containing many millions more bacteria, and dozen more varieties of them, but for me, this one seemed to work.Combined my with generally healthy diet (which is simple. I live alone, so if it can't be cooked in the microwave I generally don't eat it, and believe me, with the variety of microwave cookware out there you can micro almost anything [including grilled porch, chicken and the occasional steak] add a few vegetable, maybe a baked sweet potato and some genuinely whole wheat bread or tortilla (just be sure whole wheat flour is first on the list of ingredients). That with a once a day dose of Trubiotics and you may find yourself with perfect gut health.You'll know when it happens and don't expect it in one day. If you still do not feel the plumbing is working property, I suggest seeing a doctor.

Probiotics if take for to long or with to many strains will definitely have a adverse effects!!I gives you yeast overgrowth at last. Just test your-self. If you get a while tung after taking probiotics, this means you have a stomach yeast build up! No one seems to know this,though!?!This product I like as it doesn't have to many strains and worked well for me ,,,and this too can't be used indefinitely use only when your sick and you know belly is in need. ...then stop! To much is Not good at all.
