Doctor recomended. Small pill bottle inside of a bigger box that was unnecessary packaging. Not worth the price but a better value then some of the options with fewer pills.

It doesn't always help when my seasonal allergies are at their worst but still works great compared to literally any other over the counter allergy med I have ever taken.This is the very first one I ever found that not only worked great, but one I didn't develop a permanent immunity to within a month or two. I've been taking it for years.Not perfect but still great.For anyone who decides to read this, keep in mind, you will have to try this at your own risk as I did years ago. Simply because the same allergy med will not always work for everyone.Just because it's the best one for me doesn't necessarily mean it'll be the best one for you. Still worth a try though.
