A quality company and a quality product
I love Josh Rosebrook products, not just because I can depend on their quality, but also because I admire the company’s ethic. This is my second bottle of the facial mist. I usually spray it on before moisturizer and makeup, but find it’s also a great makeup refresher later in the day. It goes on easily in a fine mist and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling plumped and nourished. Personally, I like the scent because it’s not heavy or perfume-y, maybe just a light herbal smell that quickly disappates. Like so many other JR products, it just feels light all the way around.

Hydrating!
This product combined with the Hydration Boost Serum is amazing. I spritz this on my face in the morning and night, let it soak in, then put the rest of my facial serums/moisturizers on. It's certified organic, which is huge for me with my sensitive skin! Smells nice, doesn't dry out my skin and is a great value! Love this product!

Has essential oils so watch out if have sensitive skin! But very moisturizing
This comes just the plastic bottle - no outer wrapping or product box. No safety seal of any kind. At this price point, I kind of expect more protection. It’s cruelty free. It’s made in the USA.This is a 3.3 fl oz/100 ml bottle. According to the brand’s website this is a travel size of the bottle. But to me it seems full size. It’s currently $37 at the time of writing this review. The spray is a nice mist. It doesn’t spit in the face at you (I hate when sprayers do that!). So I love the fine mist it has.I have normal to dry skin, with some extremely dry areas. I always apply my skin care when I first wake up in the morning, which includes a good moisturizer. But, I let that settle in for a little bit before doing my makeup. So, a lot of times by time I’m ready to do my makeup I feel like I need a little additional hydration first. I like spraying this mist before I do my makeup. It gives my skin a little refresh and added moisture. I also like to spray a facial spray once I finish my foundation and use a little bit of powder, to kind of mesh things together. This spray works great for that. It isn’t going to set my makeup in place, I use a setting spray for that. But, it helps kind of mesh everything together before I set it in place. This one is great because it really feels like it provides great hydration to my skin and it gives some glow to my skin, which I love.Even though it doesn’t have artificial fragrance, it does have a light scent. It smells kind of medicinal, I’m guessing from all the extracts and essential oils.I was surprised how many essential oils this has in it, especially since it specifically stated it had none - “This facial oil is essential oil free but has a light fragrance emanating from the natural extracts and raw ingredients.” It also claimed to be soothing and for sensitive skin, and essential oils can irritate sensitive skin. It has 5 essential oils in it - Ylang Ylang Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Bergamot Essential Oil, and Carrot Essential Oil. The ingredient list also specifies “natural constituents of essential oils” - Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Farnesol, Limonene, and Linalool. The main components of essential oils are fragrant molecules (like Linalool, Limonene, Benzyl Benzoate). The fragrant molecules in essential oils are known to cause skin allergies and irritate skin, especially sensitive skin. It also has other fragrant ingredients that can be irritating to sensitive skin - thyme, olive leaf, etc. It’s usually best to avoid essential oils and fragrance ingredients when you have sensitive skin.Overall, I think this spray is great! This has worked really well all around. Usually, for the spray I use to refresh my face before makeup and after doing my foundation and powder, I prefer it to not have alcohol in it. Alcohol is drying and that’s the last thing I want. So, I love that this one has no alcohol in it and feels and looks so moisturizing! I do think there are other sprays I have and have used in the past that do the same but are more affordable. But, if you’re looking for something made in the USA with organic ingredients, then this would work well for you!FULL INGREDIENT LIST*Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, *Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, †Sclerocarya Birrea (Marula) Seed Oil, *Tocopherol (Vitamin E), *Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, *Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, *Hippophae Rhmnoidea (Sea Buckthorn) Oil, *Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil, *Borago Officinalis (Borage) Seed Oil, *Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Almond) Oil, *Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, *Lycium Barbarum (Goji Berry) Fruit Extract, *Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) Leaf Extract, *Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Leaf Extract, *Calendula Officinalis (Calendula) Extract, *Cimicifuga Racemosa (Black Cohosh) Root Extract, *Taraxacum Officinale (Dandelion) Extract, *Polygonum Multiforum (Fo-Ti) Root Extract, *Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) Extract, *Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) Fruit Extract, *Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Extract, *Sambucua Nigra (Elderberry) Extract, *Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Fruit Extract, *Arctium Lappa (Burdock) Root Extract, *Chamomilla Recutita (Chamomile) Extract, *Rosa Canina (Rose) Flower Powder, *Euphrasia Officinalis (Eyebright) Extract, *Beta Vulgaris (Beet) Extract, *Hypericum Perforatum (St. John’s Wort) Extract, *Crataegus Monogyna (Hawthorne Berry) Fruit Extract, *Stellaria Media (Chickweed) Extract, *Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, **Coriandrum Sativus (Coriander) Extract) Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Extract, *Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Extract, *Trifolium Pratense (Red Clover) Extract, *Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, *Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Extract, *Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Extract, *Vanilla Planifolia (Vanilla) Bean Extract, †Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Essential Oil, †Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, †Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) Essential Oil, †Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot) Essential Oil, †Daucus Carota (Carrot) Essential Seed Oil, Potassium Sorbate, |Benzyl Benzoate, |Benzyl Salicylate, |Farnesol, |Limonene, |Linalool*CERTIFIED ORGANIC†ORGANIC|NATURAL CONSTITUENTS OF ESSENTIAL OILS

Bought Countless Bottles of This Stuff
I like that it has everything I can pronounce and recognize. Once the ingredient list starts to add a bunch of synthetic stabilizers, etc., my face is pretty much done. I also like Blissoma products are like this, all herbs and oils and natural butters. Check them out on their own website

Dries the face
Tried this a few times to be sure, but it does in fact dry my face out more than it was, after feeling refreshed for a minute or two of course upon spraying. Sadly will not buy again, wondering how much alcohol is in the product.
