The quality is quite marginal and the hat really won’t fit anyone with a head bigger than about size 7 or 7 1/4.

Came without damage, worked great for my costume for a murder mystery party.

I should have read the reviews first, but I was in a hurry because the first first hat I ordered got lost in the mail and I'm pinched for time. But check out Keith's review with the photo because that is what I got too: a hat that does not look like the advertised picture. It was short, flat and probably child's size. For $20, and not even Spirit Halloween quality.
