Makes great cheese
I was upset when my regular vegetarian rennet was no longer available, but I think this one is even better. Easy to use and makes delicious feta cheese - great texture.

It's really good to make Mexican cheese
Fresh Mexican cheese is something I really miss, I used this rennet and I was so happy with the results. I only need a little but when I go through it all, I'll definitely buy some more.

Inconsistent Performance
Although the Rennet Tablets served their purpose adequately, I found them to be somewhat inconsistent in their effectiveness across different types of cheese, resulting in mixed outcomes during my cheese-making experiments.

Great rennet that will last us ages.
No flavour profile at all - excellent.The package supplied will last forever, as an eighth of a tablet will reliably curdle a 2 litre container if milk within seconds.Super easy to use - just heat up the milk to 32-35 degrees Celsius.Tried with several types of cheese already.

For Mozzarella making
Purchased to make mozzarella cheese, only need 1/4 of a tablet per batch so this packet will last a long time. Fast delivery, thanks

Not good
Have tried a couple of times now - these tablets have no effect. I used powdered rennet previously which was great. Suggest you look elsewhere for effective rennet.
