The cleanest dishwasher detergent I have ever found eco conscious too.
I am very particular about the toxicity of the products I use. I have been using 'non toxic' home products for years but recently found out that even most of them have ingredients that can cause gut issues. This product does not contain those ingredients, and is effective. I am a bit obsessive about not putting food encrusted dishes in my dishwasher, and I have a water softener, I don't use a rinse agent other than the occasional splash of white vinegar. I am very happy to have found this product and hope they don't change their ingredients. I am surprised to see so many uses out of it, but with soft water, less is needed. In my household of three where both mom and dad like to cook and bake a good bit, it has lasted me over a month of almost daily dishwashing loads. I also deep clean my dishwasher monthly. I like that it comes packaged in a plastic free, paperboard container and has a nice wooden scoop. I would love to see a refill option without the scoop and with just a paper bag but this is pretty eco conscious nonetheless. I highly recommend this product to the health conscious consumer.

Would Recommend
I typically use pods from a well-known dishwasher detergent brand, but recently decided to switch to more natural products. I was a bit hesitant about this purchase at first, but those concerns quickly proved unnecessary. This product cleaned exceptionally well—better than the plastic pods I used to use. My dishes came out sparkling, and even my glass baking dish was clear and residue-free. There was no stickiness. The amount provided is a bit smaller than I’d prefer for the price, so I’ll need to update later on how long it lasts. For now, though, I would recommend this product.

impressive
Like many others, I'm trying to reduce plastic usage. Tried a few name brand powder in a box detergents with dismal results so, back to cascade platinum plus pods (which do work fantastically well). Saw a review of the dirty labs dishwasher det. somewhere and thought I'd give it a shot. After 3 perfectly clean dishwasher loads it seems to be just as good as the cascade pods. The only downside (besides being pricier) is that the container was wrapped in a plastic bag which kind of defeats the purpose of buying the product.

Did not get even close to 48 loads
I’m not sure if my container wasn’t as full as it should have been, but there were definitely not 48 loads in my canister. I purchased the canister 5 weeks ago, and I was gone for 2 of those weeks. During the other 3 weeks, I ran my dishwasher every 2-3 days. I have one scoop left. I used one level scoop for each load. I like the performance of this detergent, but it’s pretty pricey for the amount of loads that I got out of the canister.

Works as well as traditional detergents!
Great product! I have been switching some of my products to less toxic alternatives and this is one of the best switches I have made. It cleans just as good as traditional detergents. Easy to use little scoop, and dishes come out clean with no residue. I am a do not rinse before loading the dishwasher and they still come out clean! I also think it lasts a while for the amount you get making the price reasonable. So often I find the low tox options to just not hold up in performance but I dont have that issue with this product at all.

No scent, no flavor on my silicone!
I thought I'd finally found the unscented ideal with Dropps UltraWash Plus, but then my coworker made me feel bad about the microplastic pod wrapper. Apparently polyvinyl alcohol is still bad (Degradation of Polyvinyl Alcohol in US Wastewater Treatment Plants and Subsequent Nationwide Emission Estimate, 2021). I found this product and I love the scoop. I don't need a ton of powder per load. It gets off the oils, curry, tomato sauce, etc. I wish it wasn't so pricey though.

Excellent product!
This stuff works great!! only takes a very small amount to clean a load of dirty dishes...I don't even pre-rinse! I love knowing that this doesn't have any harmful toxic ingredients and love that it doesn't leave a perfumey odor on my dishes!

Wanted to love it- doesn’t dissolve
The media could not be loaded. I’m disappointed because I appreciate the ethos of this brand. The ingredients are also great as we prefer non toxic in our household cleaning. The packaging is also really nice!Perhaps it was my dishwasher but we ran it 4 times- twice just adding salt and twice adding water and dissolving salt before the wash. There would be a huge clump of detergent still at the end of every wash I had to wipe out. That being said, dishes always came out semi clean for the quantity of detergent used.Sent for return :/
