Decent camera with a good app.

I purchased the CP Plus EasyCam CP-Z43A from Amazon, and to my surprise, the device was dead on arrival (DOA). The camera didn’t power on at all. I immediately contacted Amazon for a return, but they informed me that a Defective/Denial Certificate from CP Plus is mandatory to process the return.I’ve reached out to CP Plus customer care multiple times, both through calls and emails, but their response has been pathetic. After three attempts and several follow-ups, I still haven’t received any resolution. Their customer service is completely unresponsive and unreliable.Since then, I’ve been caught between Amazon and CP Plus customer care, with both sides passing the responsibility back and forth. Amazon refuses to process the return without the official letter from CP Plus, and CP Plus has been completely unresponsive. They keep asking for emails over emails without taking any concrete action.To make matters worse, I booked an installation service, which cost me ₹300, but the technician couldn’t complete the job as the device was faulty out of the box. This has been a stressful and frustrating experience for me.If you are considering purchasing a CP Plus product, think twice. The quality control is poor, and their after-sales service is almost non-existent. Working good. Value for money. Many features.Connectivity issue an issue. By any chance wifi or electricity stops, device will stop working and it is difficult to connect again. Worst part is that it will keep announcing loudly that wifi disconnected. There is no option to mute or turn off the announcement. Outdoor use is a challenge.Lift turn on automatically even if it is turned off in the night.

This CP Plus Z43A 4MP Wi-Fi cam is a beast in a tiny shell. Crystal-clear footage, even in low light. The motion detection is bang on — no false triggers. Wi-Fi connectivity is stable, and setup took barely 5 minutes. The mobile app is smooth, with real-time alerts that work like a charm. Perfect for indoor security, baby monitoring, or keeping an eye on your lab experiments. At this price, it punches way above its weight. Highly recommend if you want reliability without wiring chaos.

Camera quality is good.Buildup is not as good as philips in same range.However major issue is when you want to install multiple cameras,CP plus have different apps for different cameras.I ordered one indore wifi and one outdoor wifi camera and was expecting that both can be operated on same app but surprsingly they have different apps which are ezykam+ and ezyliv which makes our life tough and not eazy.And you can't return it,even if I want to replace my indore wifi with outdoor wifi so that both cameras can be monitored on same app.

After few months, becomes VERY UNRELIABLE. Repeatedly keeps going offline. Have to switch off and on to bring it back online. Daily atleast three times it's going offline.Not reliable if going on vacation as no one would be home to Switch off and on to bring it back online.When it is working the Motion detection is good for initial movement. Few minutes afterwards,it doesn't detect motion for sometime. This is potentially unsafe.Motion tracking. This is not at all proper. It PAN rotates to the complete end of its limit and then remains there. So, it will work only one time,unless you manually bring it back to proper position.Night vision. Did not notice this to be working.Quality for image. The quality is good enough to recognise known faces. I have selected HD, But it doesn't capture faces clearly.

I am a NRI and writing this review after using for 1 year. The camera is very good and easy to install. It gives clear images and I am able to monitor it from my current place without any trouble. One thing really need to specify is Night colour vision. It is really awesome and you can view it as at morning time.

Mounted the camera very near to the router with 100 mbps speed. The Wi-Fi get disconnected very frequently resulting inno video/photo. The camera is not dependable.
