A great book, very well, written good photographs very easy to understand and a good price good quality

For anyone with a bullworker this is very useful. Pick an area of the body to exercise and there will be several exercises to chose from. If I was starting out with a bullworker I’d buy this book first.

It has some really valuable and essential information on using the bullworker safely and effectively. The info on isometrics whilst very useful does not seem to reference any of the newer theories of extended holds etc. Never the less a valuable purchase and the info included gives the means you get the most out of your training. Most of the former BW programs were very limited in info this book fills in the blanks. Having purchased a new steel bow bullworker I have applied many of the principles in this book and got impressive results. As I mentioned earlier there are many new takes on isometrics ranging from less frequent training to longer holds and intensity. This book sticks with the classic principles of the 7 to 10 second holds. I hope a revised edition gives further views. The information does fill in the deficiency of original material that was vague in part. The book is greatly let down by the photos of the exercises as black and white with a busy background gives a poor impoverished experience to the reader. So a busy garden background and shades of grey on grey. Indoor would have been better. This is not a program so only a compliment to ones existing material. Useful overviews on Bull workers and popular knockoffs. Unfortunately it seems the trademarked Japanese version is categorised as a knockoff when its not. Overall good and encouraging info on isometric and isotonic exercise. Let down by poor photos and could have had a actual program or 2 rather than padding. So on second look at the book focussed on the pictures i reduced my rating to 3 stars otherwise it would be 4

The Bullworker Bible is a comprehensive guide to the use of the Bullworker. I have used the Bullworker to supplement my throwing and martial arts training. The book has everything that any one from beginner to advanced trainer needs to effectively use the Bullworkerbfor great gains.

not impressed at all 1for effort took down charity shop

I am not reviewing this advert or productwhat I will say, I have been using the BULLWORKER off and on since the age of 9I still use the same bullworker I first got , I am soon to turn 60, HAVE STARTED MY EXERCISES UP again and too say as I did not take the notion of no pain NO gain, My body I can alter in such a short time , someone said its muscle memory maybe so, I have a bad prostate problem, had lost 2 stone of muscle in a year and a half, now been on my BULLWORKER for just over 3 weeks and put just over 12 lbs of muscle, and growing fast, NO potions involved.the bullworker is my life, from 9 yrs old up to my near 60th birthday, and still builds my body, it may be the old type I have also made up many new exercises.my Bullworker will see me right through to very old age. 60 is only a Number , my bullworker is my BODY.
