Delicious and low calorie
I love the protein content in these. I haven't tried mixing these, but I do frequently mix the vanilla with Javvy coffee syrup and make a protein iced coffee. They are delicious. The high protein content makes me feel energized about drinking one of these, especially around holidays and times when I've been munching on too much junk. The size is perfect for a little pick me up, and the quality ingredients make me feel good about ordering these again and again. The ratio of calories to protein is great. Highly recommend these.

Great to add to coffee to kick off your morning
I drink one of these a day and mix it with my coffee in the morning and it my own homemade Starbucks treat! Love it!

Good choice nutritionally, but watch “best before” date
My doctor approves of these for limited carb/high protein meal replacement - not all meals, but breakfast or lunch.The flavor is good, though I prefer to alternate with chocolate for variety.One caution: watch the freshness date. They really do deteriorate. I had to discard almost a full carton, because they had separated beyond what just shaking could fix.

Puzzled packaging
Damn good supplement for daily diet. This product was critical i helping me to adjust to a healthy lifestyle of eating. I will say that the packaging on a 32 gram of protein bottle is absolutely frustrating compared to the 40 mg protein shot. Why is there foil on one bottle and not the 40 mg. Protein drink?I have used this product exstinsevly during my quest for a fitter physique.

Get your Muscle Milk somewhere else!
This did not taste like the larger containers of Cookies N Cream Muscle Milk and they would not accept it as a return...so, it was tossed and was a waste of money!
