The capsules are tiny and very easy to swallow - even my 3 year old can manage them. There is a slight garlicky taste but it doesn’t bother us personally.

These should be a staple winter supplement for everyone throughout the winter. I take 1 every day & when I come into contact with the germ ridden I up it to 4 a day. I haven’t had a cold/cough/flu even though my partner has been coughing & spluttering for weeks in close proximity to me. He is now taking these daily along with oregano oil capsules to clear out the lingering bugs. Garlic is a powerful anti viral, anti biotechs are NOT anti viral.
