I really like this little project. It comes with all that is needed to complete the craft and the directions are clear and concise. The thread quality is beautiful and its shimmer gives the project a satin feel and an added depth to the design. I think that even a novice could easily achieve decent results. As for children, it might well be suited and fun for young teens, as the directions are specific, but this kind of detailed embroidery takes patience to learn - it could be too much for someone younger or otherwise totally inexperienced with a needle and thread.

Super fun and easy. Any beginner could handle this one. Great practice for the satin stitch.

I do love the finished product of this kit but there were a couple things that made it difficult to complete.1. It says on the kit that if you go to their website they have a full tutorial video. The website that they give you doesn't actually exist though. I emailed them about this issue to see if maybe there was a typo or something and got no response.2. They barely give you enough thread to finish. White is probably the most used color in the pattern and I had to gather scrap thread to finish. Not much room for error.3. For the wagon wheels you need an odd number of spikes to do it but they put an even number on one of the wagon wheels and I didn't realize until I started so I had to re do it.4. One of the rainbow hearts shows six colors on the example but had seven spaces on the pattern.Overall, these weren't huge issues for me and I did really enjoy doing it!

I’m gonna be honest here, I went and bought myself multiple but different needle point kits one night, with this being an included purchase; I have yet to start it. It’d been a while before about a month ago that I’d gone and embroidered something, so long in fact I was just a young teen, haha. I can’t wait to work up to this one though, it’s gonna feel so good to complete seeing as it is packed right with different fungi to stitch.•Color: The color selection that was made and decided upon for this piece is absolutely lovely and the choice of using mushrooms as the focus is fantastic, as there are so many different, colorful, shapely, ect kinds of mushrooms; makes for a lovely sight.• Ease of Use: Like I came clean about at the beginning of this rating, I’ve yet to start this one, as it’s one of several (some were sold in multipacks), so I’ve both got my work cut out for me and, truth be told, there’s just such a full plate of work for this one that I wanted to work up to it. It looks like a more intermediate to harder level one, but by the time I get my hands on it I’ll make sure I complete it like a champ! Haha• Quality: As I always tend to do when I’ve gotten a package in the mail, I’ll go back on Amazon, check the list of products purchased in the sale, make sure all is there that was assured to be, check the condition of my packages contents for any ware or tear,(which was not the case for this one, everything came out of the package in perfect condition, thank you) and then either deal with damaged goods or start up on my stitch in’. I feel like I did okay with this. I’ve never done embroidery before. The website was dead. The kit I got wasn’t on their YouTube, but I watched some basic tutorials and think I fared okay for a first timer.I’m an idiot and thought the numbers indicated the order to do these in, it was only an hour or so in a realized the numbers corresponded to the thread color and order didn’t necessarily matter.
