Amazing product quality and seller service!

Classy and elegant
Overall, the product did not disappoint. Delivery took a long time. Both the chairs and the table were a bit wobbly. The rubber padding underneath the chairs were not correct. We had to make some adjustments by loosening the paddings. However, they were comfortable to sit in and looks sturdy.

Badly damaged
The order finally came after 1 whole month and the chairs were damaged. The paint was peeling off and the chairs as well as the table are wobbly. Extremely disappointed with the quality as well as their professionalism for sending damaged goods.Returning them and will never order from them again.

Decent product but not fully satisfied with seller
I have received damaged product (Broken buffer and small dent in one of the chair leg).I informed seller about it and they called me to understand the situation and courier me additional 6 buffers.But I'm not happy with their approach because I was told that they will be sending guy for repair, but unfortunately after waiting for 3 days I have to repair on my own.Seller can either improve courier partner because Gati (Courier) did damaged outer box which leads to damaged product.Overall chairs and table are of decent quality and reasonable in price.
