Excellent book. It contains ALL of the scales, arpeggios and sevenths and they are numbered to correspond to the requirements in the ABSRM grades. Also it has very helpful notes / chart on fingering which is important to get right in the early stages of learning as it lays a good foundation for technique. Although I'm no longer studying, I use this book as part of my warm up exercises.
