This product has been a complete nightmare from the start. It arrived without any user manual, instructions, or labeling to explain how to use it. After wasting time, I finally managed to find a WhatsApp number for customer support. However, their response was painfully slow and utterly unhelpful. Instead of guiding me through how to use the product, they demanded that I make a video of it "not working." How are customers supposed to figure out how to use something with zero instructions, and then be expected to make a video on how it fails?I resorted to YouTube tutorials, but even those were no help because the product is such cheap junk that it doesn’t work as smoothly as in the videos. To make things worse, in their own video, they casually mention that users should rely on a "trial and error" method of inserting the SD card. This is beyond ridiculous! After wasting an entire day trying everything through this useless trial and error, I had no choice but to request a replacement (because returns aren’t allowed), hoping the next one might miraculously work.To add to the frustration, the memory card that came with the product was corrupted. I tried using a different brand’s SD card, and not only did the pen fail to work with the new card, but their cheap SD card wouldn’t work in any other device either. So, neither the pen nor their memory card functioned, no matter what I tried.It’s outrageous to charge ₹1799 for a third-rate product that demands a "trial and error" approach. The seller clearly doesn’t care about providing a functioning product and seems to be deliberately misleading customers. No real solutions were offered, only more frustration.This was an infuriating experience, and I would never recommend this product to anyone. It’s nothing more than a rebranded, low-quality Chinese product, sold without authenticity or proper after-sales support.

TOTALLY RUBBISH. THEY HAVE PROVIDED THE CURREPT FAKE MEMORY CARDS. THERE IS NO INDICATION WHILE RECORDING IS ON. THIS PRODUCT IS USELESS. THE RECORDED FILES ARE NOT IN THE FORMAT MP 4 AND CAN NOT BE PLAYED ON MOBILE.

The product is good. Every user needs to know few things to use this product. The manual is not very useful. You can only charge it after removing the SD card as it obstructs the charging port. You would need to plug it in to charge however it won’t start charging until you press the on button quickly once. While charging the blue light will blink. I got to figure this after multiple attempts. You would think the product is defective if you don’t know this. Also it uses avi format which would need to be converted to other formats before use.
