These are the 3rd flavor type I’ve ordered of the Special K protein bars. I like them, but both of my kids did NOT (dramatic music).They love the chocolate/peanut butter ones, and I shall be forbidden from getting the strawberry flavor again.For me, the texture (not too hard) and the flavor (not too sweet) is good. I wish it had more of the sweetness/tang flavor from real strawberries, but I’m impressed with the texture enough to make up for that.

I’m not big on eating breakfast. These bars are quick and easy to grab and go. Love the taste and texture. One bar easily carrier me over until lunch. Sometimes I have one for a snack! They came sturdily packaged and all in tacked. Give them a try!

The description is misleading. It says 18ct. pack of 3. It’s actually 6ct. pack of 3.

I bought these before at Walmart. The taste was pretty good.I ordered these from Amazon the taste was like paper. I called Kellogg and I was told the cardboard box can get into leach into the packaging.

I am not a scientist - but consider these a practical substitute for Zone Bars. And less expensive.
