CLASSIC AB EXERCISE
I was looking for the best ab exercise I could find and saw a number of recommendations for the old-fashioned ab roller. Bought this one and have been using it for several weeks now. This strikes me as just about the best single exercise I have in my plan. Really works my abs. This roller is much better quality than ones that I had seen years ago. I really like the broad double wheel and grip is comfortable. I was 230 lbs when I started using this and concerned about how well it would stand up. Great! It's easy to set up and use and does its job: definitely takes a lot of effort for someone just starting out like me, but after using it consistently for over a month, I can definitely feel and see the improvement.
