If for no other reason than it will probably do the same for you, you should happily and quickly whip out your wallet, order this for EVERYONE on your Christmas list even for your grouchy neighbor, no, especially for your grouchy neighbor, not only because it is transforming to the cells in our bodies and makes us feel happier than we have in years, but also, and this is important, too, the brochure that comes with it is so darned cute and chocked full of support information. That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. Where do I start? I was recommended by a family friend to try this to see if it would help ease my restless legs...Why haven't I found this sooner! This stuff is AMAZING and gives me so much relief! Also the ingredients seem very clean and non toxic, which is huge plus!MORE PROS:- I got the Cranberry Flavor, and OMG it tastes so good! It does look a little funny at first, which made me nervous. But once you try it, it's like a smoothie of health! So so yummy! I actually look forward to drinking it before bedtime!- Relieves restless legs (in my experience.) I'm sure it's because of the Magnesium, but I bet all the other vitamins are contributing as well! I also sleep more soundly at night when I take this!- It's a very easy way to get some concentrated minerals! Our bodies are so used to being deprived of essential nutrients and minerals, so I love how easy this makes getting that mineral intake in!CONS:- The only problem I have is that this container is not a GALLON Size! I need more and I'm sad that it doesn't last longer. But it is worth the money for your health!

I love Mary Ruth's liquid vitamins. They are such high quality and they don't taste bad so they are easy to take. This night time multi mineral formula is perfect to take at bedtime and has a delicious coconut flavor. I get leg cramps at night and this definitely help to lessen the frequency and intensity of the leg cramps. After a couple weeks of taking this i stopped getting cramps all together.

Y'all, the pineapple is a bit funky. The consistency of it is almost milky, and the supplements give it a little bit of a saline flavor - the combination is weird. Works amazing though. I add mine to a little bit of juice or use juice as a chaser lol. I'm going to get the lemonade one next.
