After months of looking at some of the big name benches, watching review after review video and reading everything possible I was dreading the day my old bench was no longer usable. Then I stumbled onto a random review mentioning this bench. I was skeptical, but it had everything I wanted and for a fraction of the cost.It’s heavy enough to be sturdy while benching in the cage, but light enough to move around my home gym for other exercise.Assembly was a bunch of pieces, but went quick and directions were simple enough.The adjustment mechanism is great. It’s quick to adjust and very stable/secure once set. So glad to get away from having to line up pins.The attachments aren’t perfect, but they were intended to save space in a home gym not to be commercial grade. I prefer using the preacher curl support with an ez bar or dumbbell. The cable attachment didn’t feel right for me. It might fit others, just weird for me.The leg extension/curl attachment obviously aren’t able to load in the ideal ranges you’d get on a several thousand dollar dedicated commercial machine, but this is for a home gym and gives some great options for workout diversity.I’ve owned this for 3 months of multiple people using daily and the fabric still looks brand new. So glad I spent my money on this and saved a bunch of money to invest in other parts of my gym

Got for Christmas and finally getting to put together and use. Loving this bench so far! Upgraded from the 1000 pro model which I enjoyed but this is great. Easy to assemble, directions were very simple and parts separated nicely, all needed tools included, took about 30 min. Very sturdy. Quick and easy adjustment of seat and bench to various angles. Like the versatility with the leg extension and leg curl, and preacher curl. Fairly easy to move around. Very happy with the purchase and recommend to my friends looking for a new model.

This bench is very sturdy and most of its functionality works.Pros:- sturdy- leg curl and extensions work great- easy to assemble- easy to swap pieces out- affordable imo for a a system that does so much.- many different degrees the bench can be adjusted to.Problems:- I have no idea why they added the stupid chain for bicep curls. It's pretty worthless. The problem is that your not extending your arm all the way when your doing preacher curls with it. I don't use it and it seems like a gimik they added just to say this bench does more.- the bar coming out that the chain attaches too I still use for leg curls which works well. However that bar totally gets in the way of doing concentration curls with my dumbbells. It also sort of gets in the way of doing ez bar curls. I adjusted the preached pad so it's not in the way of the ez bar curls too much, but still sort of in the way. Problem is you can detach this part easily.- not a major concern, but I hear sqweeking in this bench. More of a personal annoyance I have with benches. Its still a very sturdy bench.

I purchased this workout bench because I couldn't get the good leg workout I wanted with my old bench. I spent lots of time comparing different workout benches and purchased this one for the following reasons:1. The majority of the reviews are positive.2. This bench allows me to do arm and leg strengthening.3. Appeared to be well madeNow that I have it, I picked the right bench. The instructions are easy to follow. Plan on 30 to 45 minutes at most to assemble. There are plenty of pictorials showing how to assemble parts. All tools needed for assembly are included in the box. The soft materials appear to be good quality and metal materials are well made and heavy duty. The bench also has built-in wheels fir easy relocation. Time will tell how the seat and back support soft materials hold up. I'm a hefty guy and when I seat on the bench it feels sold and doesn't rock like other cheap workout benches. I could have bought a less expensive bench but in my opinion, this bench is worth the money. I would recommend this product to a friend. I purchased this product on a Monday and it was promptly delivered the next day. A big thanks to the Seller for excellent shipping time.
