Poor quality product
Very poor quality. It takes forever to get charged and once it’s been charged it doesn’t even last two minutes. I bought it for my son, he managed to play only few minutes , from very first day it started giving trouble. My little ones got very upset. I do not recommend this product, waste of money.

Doesn’t work! Avoid!
I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing…it doesn’t work at all. I took it apart and found the battery was so old it had completely stopped working, rusty ports and unfinished solder. I fixed it myself but so disappointed that this continues to be sold when it’s clearly no good.

Great little boat but can't charge from the controller like similar versions
This is a great little toy - about 10cm long so easy to take with you in a bag if you think you might come across a little water source to play about in.The box comes with the boat, a remote control, a USB charge lead for the boat, a small screwdriver for putting standard batteries in the controller and a handful of spare propellers if you need them.The instructions are fairly simple and the boat is really easy to get going but does need to be in water to activate it.There are fairly standard forward, backward, left and right controls on the controller, as well as a turbo button that makes it go really fast (whether it is actually the claimed 20mph I would doubt but it really doesn't matter!) and other controllers for it to do a "roll" stunt where it rotates sideways and goes fully upside down before righting itself again. This can be performed either with a left or right hand roll and looks really cool.The only downside I would say to this unit is similar boats I have had in the past have always had the ability to recharge from the remote handset but this doesn't seem possible on this model (although there is a panel that opens that looks like there is an option for it if you get an upgraded version) - the battery lasts long enough for some fun, and you can always charge it from a powerbank but it is nice to have the charger contained in the controller in other models to save you having to carry an extra powerbank around. This is the only reason I have dropped a star.If you are happy with that then I highly recommend this boat and my son will have great fun playing with it.

Terrible product - avoid
Purchased this for my son for his birthday as he was turning 7 while we were on holidays. I thought it would be ideal for him to play with in the pool. I worked once for about 5 minutes and had not worked since.Just come on Amazon to return on as we are back from holidays and the returns window has closed. My son has now been left without a present due to the extremely low quality of this product.DO NOT PURCHASE!

Boat didn't work
Bought as a Christmas present and when opened on Christmas day it didn't work at all remote comes on but boat doesn't work even after being charged
