Excellent read with awesome tools for growth. Even if your not a toxic individual it will guide you to understanding others who are and not aware of the toxic behaviors.

This is a very enlightening read for anyone who has struggled to identity and correct toxic patterns. It is written from a highly intellectual standpoint and presents the content clearly and repetitively. In my opinion, it is best absorbed slowly and thoughtfully as opposed to attempting to read it all the way through in a short period of time, as there is so much information to process on each page. A very worthwhile and helpful read!

I was extremely anxious for this book to arrive. I have read each night and my outlook has changed on how to address my concerns. This is the first book that has resonated with my internal feelings and how to make serious changes in my life. The highly recommend this book if you are interested in becoming a better you!

THIS BOOK IS A LIFE-CHANGER! I ordered and at first I ‘hemmed and hawed’ about wether I would sit down and actually start on it - FROM THE BEGINNING, and not skim through it and move on.. it took a nasty weather day to make me crack into it.. and I was bored enough to start at the intro.The first paragraph hooked me. It would behoove me to continue!PLAIN, UNDERSTANDABLE, LOGICAL AND EDUCATIONAL - ENLIGHTENING! USEABLE INFORMATION!No fill-in-the-blank to statements that seem more geared to add pages to the book..You’re getting it from AMAZON, no risk! So just order it already :)

Excellent how-to book that will be a constant reference on the journey to being a better person. The book asks you to do a lot of work and gives reasons for why the work must be done.

If you have created an emotional environment that is truly toxic to those around you and you KNOW those people are important and wanted in your life, and you don’t know how to turn it all around and gain a closeness and connection with those people, then this book is for you.

I really enjoyed this book. I’m actually currently reading it and find it to be insightful and covering a wide range of very interesting topics. All having to do with our mental processes and who we are at the core. Great book.
