I like to add a sheet to my rice and it’s frigging delicious. It reconstitutes well. It’s a good texture. It’s a good flavor. These are not snacking strips. They are for cooking, but they work perfectly for cooking. I cannot review using them in sushi, as I rip up the sheets and sprinkle them in my rice when I’m eating rice. But I can’t imagine they would work fantastically with sushi.When I bought these, I wanted the most bang for my buck and I was not disappointed with my first use, my second, my third, or even my fourth use. I’ve barely made a dent in the package. So the quality and the quantity is perfect for the price.

Flavorful nori. We buy nori regularly for sushi rolls, musabi and snacking. This is the first time, but not the last time we'll purchase this brand. Highly recommend. Nice and fresh.

This seeweed tastes great. Can eat it on its own or with rice or make kimbap or sushi or onigiri. It's great

I’ve used this product twice since I bought it. For the price, it is outstanding. The sheets do not have any holes, and they are uniform in thickness.You can make a pretty fat kimbap roll, and the seaweed won’t tear (see my photo of my homemade short rib kimbap). When I give my rolls a light brushing of toasted sesame oil, they do not fall apart. Also, with a good sharp knife, they are easy to cut.I have this on subscribe and save because I’ll likely need more in a few months. My advice is to save yourself a headache and avoid brands with sea weed sheets that have holes in them. You can order this brand with confidence. Two thumbs up!

Very yummy and rolled the perfect sushi. It was my first time making it and this product made it easy. No cracking, the ends stuck together at the end of the roll and cutting them into slices was easy. The taste was super.
