The flavor of these are out of this world. They are like chewing an alka seltzer, so fizzy! I am perpetually dehydrated and adding electrolytes to water was just not good enough because I just do not drink it. The concentration of these is less than if I added a whole packet of something to a bottle of water but it would take me 3 days to finish it and none of them taste remotely as good as these little tablets. I will never stop buying these. Try them! They’re not just for runners/athletes, us coffee/soda lovers need a boost too

I use these primarily for hiking and they are amazing! If I’m getting a good sweat going, or have a tough pull ahead, I pop some of these to prepare and I notice that they help. I went with these because they were a bit cheaper than some of the other options, and I’m thankful I did.I haven’t tried any other options, so I can’t compare, but I have no complaints whatsoever. Love the little packaging they come in - super handy for stowing away and easy to access.Love the flavors and that they fizz. I highly recommend these.

We used this while we were travelling (a very hot country where you can easily get a heat stroke and its super important to stay hydrated). I am so so happy with this purchase because this really helped us retaining our electrolytes without drinking as much water and constantly having to go to the bathroom. All the flavors are great but strawberry and orange stood out.The bottle is well designed, you can easily keep it in your bag without adding any weight or bulk.Absolutely recommend!!

They’re convenient, just pop two, and you’re good to go. No mixing or waiting around. The variety pack offers a range of flavors, which is a nice touch. In terms of hydration, they did the job, but I’ve tried other electrolyte supplements that felt more effective and tasted better. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of flavor and overall experience. If you’re in a pinch and need a quick electrolyte fix, these could work. I really like these, at first it’s a bit awkward you don’t expect it to be fizzy but you get used to it. These remind me of the soda can fizzy candy I would eat when I was younger.I highly recommend these tablets since I’ve tried liquid IV and I’m not a fan of it I’ve been trying to find a something and these tablets are what I wanted.

Initially bought because they were cheaper than salt tabs. But I didn’t realize these use sodium bicarbonate as their sole source of sodium. Yes baking soda. While it does have athletic applications, as an electrolyte it’s not the best. It’s also known for causing GI distress. My fault for buying, but these are not usable for a distance runner like myself.
