I train football lineman for youth leagues. Hand, arm and finger strength is crucial when it comes to shedding blocks and making tackles.Compared a number of similar items and saw this on sale so I ordered a set.So far I am pleasantly surprised. Even though I lift 5 days a week, the lowest finger stretching device started as a challenge and the kids I train were shocked that their years of video game play havent left them with fingers strong enough to extend these. You do see progress and begin to move up after a few days of reps on it.So it's early, but the item seems like it's durable and it definitely accomplishes what it claims.

Overall great product, just like the others out there. The price is great for what you get. I would have given 5 stars but the original item that was sent to me was some battery inverter instead of the grip strength trainers. Either way I was sent the correct ones after notifying Amazon and love them

Started using these grip trainers and they are very sturdy, easy to use and I haven’t been training daily and no pain! My grip has improved and it’s way cheaper than the ones “trending” online.

Good quality all three sizes fit the strength level levels very well. This product is very useful and helpful for those who need a little more strength and endurance with their fingers and overall hand.
