I started adding this to my toddler’s meals and it blends in really well. No strong taste or texture issues. I’ve used it in oatmeal and smoothies and she doesn’t even notice. It’s a simple way to give her a little extra nutrition without the fuss.

I brought this product up to my son's pediatrician. Let her review the ingredients and she said it looked good. My son is Autistic and has problems esting.....anything. This product is great to get in extra protien and nutrients into his system. I put 4 stars instead of 5 only because putting it in water like suggested is disgusting. For my bubba to drink, we do half a cup of milk, 5 scoops of else and 1 scoop of chocolate milk, it mixes with the milk very well. Better than with water imo. He drinks it, though still says it feels weird in his mouth.

My son has a ton of food allergies and can't eat much solid food so his diet mostly consists of formula. He was on another popular dairy free formula made with peas, but after a while he stopped tolerating it and started to lose weight fast. We then switched to a elemental formula (very expensive) and he tolerated it ok but hated the taste and it was a struggle to get him to drink it so he continued to lose weight. A friend recommended this formula and after checking the ingredients I figured we'd give it a try. This formula has been literally life saving. It's been 6 months and he is still tolerating it great, loves the taste, his weight is back on track and he has lots more energy. Although he does not tolerate the ready made version. Thank you Else for making a dairy free formula that my son can both tolerate and will actually drink. We've also added their cereal to his diet and I feel so much better giving him that as supposed to the baby oatmeal by the other popular baby food brand.

My son has been drinking Else nutrition formula since he was 1 year old. He always loved the toddler organic and omega formulas. He also loved the Kids Smoothie mix when we switched over at 3 years old up until now. He's now 4 and refuses it because of the new recipe. He gags every time he tries drinking it. So upset he won't drink it anymore. I personally think the new recipe smells a lot better and they give more in the can for what you're paying but it doesn't matter what I think cause my son is the one drinking it. Might have to find some other brand or try giving him the toddler formula again. He needs to drink something nutritious like this to supplement anything he might be missing on a vegan diet. I wish I could get my $25 back for this because it's going to waste.

It's gritty and taste not good my granddaughter took one drink and refused to drink it I tried several times for a week because I spent alot on 5 cans. Couldn't return unopened containers so I'm out.

Delicious, not only for shakes but also in recipes like pancakes! Definitely recommended!

This plant-based protein shake has a great taste and is kid approved! Easy to mix and a good way to get kids the nutrients they need.
