A Chance Paid Off
I had to buy a new base unit after my third (fourth?) one died (I’m a 66-y-o Flawless OG). I discovered that the latest iteration has a thick head again; the one that most recently kicked the dust had a thin head. Sooooo…all my replacement blades were donated. I couldn’t be happier to say that my money was not wasted when I took a chance on this brand! I hope they continue to be available via Amazon until the day my whiskers stop growing because I’m toast.

Not what is stated on website
I ordered the Generation 3 Replacement heads for Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover. The outer sealed package states it is for the Generation 3. The inner sealed package states it is Not Match with Generation 3. I cannot find Tuokiy email so I can resolve this with them. I am returning the wrong set for a replacement- and hope the replacement set is correct. I will update my review once I get the replacement set. Update:1/18/2025. Received the replacements from Tuokiy. The outer sealed package states it is for Generation 3. The inner sealed package states it is Not Match with Generation 3. This time I requested a full refund from Amazon and went with a different company to purchase these items. I’m very disappointed with Tuokiy.
