Intense! My experience is that even with half the reccomended serving I feel much fuller much more quickly. However, it should be noted that if you over-eat you are going to experience discomfort. I find this particularly beneficial as it has helped me identify what an appropriate portion should be; such that even when I am not on it I can recognize the appropriate size portions and feel empowered to make better choices. I am not sure if this has been the experience of others but I have found it to be very effective. That said I would NOT take this if you plan to go to any AYCE place (lol). I found it I do over ear while on it I will suffer for it, but some times discomfort provides an adequate learning experience.There is no taste to this item and I have yet to notice any significant weight loss, but I appreciate the empowerment of feeling like I am eating less and feeling fuller (as I struggle with hunger pains and this product helps with that issue).

Not sure if it works but I went a month off it and started feeling hungry again so I'll keep taking it. No weight loss yet but hopefully it helping not hurting

Feel good:I take two pills (they are gel, easy to swallow) with my unsweetened iced tea first thing in the morning with my other medications. I haven’t experienced any stomach issues. My energy is better. My focus has increased. I had begun experiencing the urge to snack throughout the day and that has completely stopped! I follow the keto diet and I’m down 8 pounds since buying my first bottle and I’ve just ordered my third. But more than the weight loss, I’m enjoying the energy and focus this product is giving me without any jitters!

I just started my second bottle of this product and can honestly say it's made a big difference in my appetite and cravings. I have noticed that if i take it in the morning without eating or if I'd had a small amount to eat that I would get nauseous so definitely recommend taking it after eating a whole meal. I am down 6 pounds since I have started taking the supplement and have had minimal to no cravings will absolutely purchase again

This product was great for me. Helped a lot with constipation which was a bonus. A1C dropped .

Not sure if this caused some stomache pain issues for me. Seller did provide a refund and the product DID help lower my blood sugar levels.

Bought this after my doctor recommended it for insulin resistance and PCOS. I’m already taking metformin but don’t feel like it’s doing enough to help with weight loss. (Yes, I am conscious of what I eat and do crossfit regularly.) Have been taking Berberine for 1 week and can tell a noticeable difference in satiety. It doesn’t take as much to fill up, which of course then helps me to not feel so bloated. I retain a lot of water weight so I’m not a good reference to know if my 4lb weight loss difference is related to this or not. Lastly, I take them in the morning before any meals and haven’t had any side effects.
