The scale arrived secured in a tight box with thoughtful packaging. The pictures I’ve attached show how the scale arrived once received. First thing you’ll notice is how the scale was perfectly placed in the delivery box covered in plastic that avoids the chances of scratching. Instructions were included with pictures and a qr code for easy set up. I thought it was nice that the scale also included batteries, making it easy to use right away. The size of the scale is your average size scale with clear weight measurements. Highly recommend this scale to anyone looking for a scale that’s straight forward and ready to use first thing out of the box! It's lightweight and easy to use. The setup is pretty straight forward. This would be great for personal use or if you're looking to gift to someone who wants to monitor their weight. Having a scale might be intimidating to some but could be very useful. It's a great source of tool to keep track of your progress and identify if you're seeing results. Numbers appear very clear.

I just started my weigh loss journey and I wanted to make sure I was able to check everything and not just my overall weight and this scale did just that i was able to connect the app easily, it gave me a ton of information, it shows where i’m in a bad weight range to excellent, i love it a lot and ive recommended it to a few people because it just amaze me, oh and before o forget you can also set your target weight.

I like it and the information it gives, as well as the multiple users. I have not connected to more than one app.I didn’t keep my booklet handy and got an error code. Wasn’t even able to easily solve the issue online looking for information with that error code on the screen. Wasn’t able to use for a few weeks trying to figure it out. Tried resetting and it would work for one weight then give the error code again. Switched to new batteries and magically it was solved. Why couldn’t it just be easier to say new battery needed. It turned on and the error code would flash for 3-5 minutes so clearly it had battery for weeks.

The scale accurately tracks weight for individuals over 300+lbs. The app is easy to program. I liked it so much that one was purchased for my weight trainer to track multiple users weight progress. the app displays in real-time. The scale is light weight but sturdy. The screen is large enough to view and it records multiple weight acquired over 1 week period if the app is not available. Convenient. I reccommend this scale.

The information I get in the app is amazing - it's truly helped me manage my weight and forced me to pay attention to other aspects of my health!Also, when they say warranty, they mean warranty! I broke the battery compartment cover: they’re sending me a new scale! #highlyrecommend

Love this scale!!!! Only thing I don’t like is each user has to create their own account on their phone. You can’t share accounts or else it kicks the other person out. If you have the app open and someone else steps on it it’ll ask if it’s yours or who to connect it to. Would 100% buy again and recommend.
