Had my doubts, but I’ve been VERY impressed. This last weekend, I went camping with my Jeep and the battery was completely flat. After 3 hours of driving would still drain fast enough that it wouldn’t start in a few hours. Started it first time every time with the jumper. Cranking speed was equal to what I’d expect with a fresh battery and starter, so flows lots of power. And I found when jumping my Jeep 4.0, it would drain just over 20%, so plenty of room for extra jumps if needed. I really like how fast the jumper takes to charge on USB. I’d jump the Jeep and drive off and within 30 minutes, it was back to full charge and ready for another 3-4 jumps if/when needed.I will be buying another one to keep in my daily driver BMW just in case, and have recommended this to my family. I have zero regrets in my purchase

I bought this before going on a skiing trip in Canada. Luckily, it was tested by someone else in the parking garage who ran out of battery and came to ask if we had a jumper cable. We followed the instructions, and it worked starting their car. The person asked where we got it and said they would buy one too as soon as they got home. I also tried to use this to inflate my car tires. It was very nice that the battery jump starter also has this function so that I didn't have to drive my car to a gas station. It works as a power bank and has a flashlight too. I am very glad that I bought this.

Son and friends just hanging out at the park let the radio or lights drain the battery. Jump starter was still at 100% after being in the trunk for 3 months. Used about 5% to jump start the car. I didn't have to go help them, so 5 Stars!Then they played with the flashlight on the jumper and it ticked off another 1% really quickly, so they turned it off.

There are two parts of this jump starter that I did not consider before buying it.First: The outer part of the clamp at the end of the cables are plastic (which is good since you don't want to shock yourself) but where the two pieces connect is also plastic. There is no rivet, bolt, or screw. This is a very weak connection. You need to apply direct force on both side of the clamps. If you grab one clamp and turn your hand to connect to the battery, the plastic pieces can break apart from each other. As long as the plastic tab doesn't break, you can put them together. If the plastic tab breaks, you may not be able to firmly and safely connect one cable to the battery.Second: The jumper cables are SHORT. They are maybe 8 inches long. If your battery is in a cramped part of the engine bay, in the trunk, or under a seat, you may have trouble hooking up the jumper cables.Overall, the unit seems decently built, but I haven't owned a jumper like this before so I don't have anything to compare it to. Its fairly easy to use and has a large clear display. I am also not confident that this unit will hold its charge for the duration in the product's description. Time will tell.Update: The company reached out to me to discuss my review. Their customer service is responsive and timely. As for the item itself, I still believe that there is nothing wrong with it, but I think any future models could be upgraded to make this a stellar item. I am updating my review based on the great customer service. If you buy this and have any issues or concerns, they will work with you to make sure everything is taken care of.

Air pump works well, I used it to top off low pressure car tires when the dash light came on and used it to fill my mountain bike tires. I haven’t used the jump starter yet

Great jump starter and compressor! It jump started my wife's jeep grand Cherokee multiple times on a single charge when it stopped turning over in the winter.Also filled up about 5-7lbs of air in each of my tires when the weather got colder and still had over 60% battery life. It filled each tire in 30-40 seconds.I disagree with the complaints about the long time to fill air in tires. Does it take longer than a dedicated compressor 50X it's size? Obviously...but it's not like it takes 10 minutes or anything outrageous.Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice compact unit to jump start an SUV or as a portable air compressor.

This thing has come in handy so many times. Everyone needs one.
