This camera comes with literally everything you'd get as if you were to buy the fancier retail packaging, but at a lower cost! Who doesn't like saving money for buying the EXACT same product?This review is coming from a person who has never owned an action camera before, so take what I have to say with a grain of salt. I am by no means an avid videographer/ action sports person. When we start off with video quality, I have zero complaints. I typically record in 4k, so the fact that this has the option to go up to 5.3k is super handy if I ever want to downscale or need a higher resolution for cropping purposes. I do notice that the unit tends to warm up after a period of recording, but my sessions are usually 10 minutes or less, so I have not had any issues with overheating.As for its features, the dual screen is really good. No issues in seeing my framing at a glance, with a very responsive touch- screen. The app is also incredibly handy for quickly reviewing footage without having to pull the microSD card out every time.In terms of durability, I can't attest to that too much because I do treat my camera equipment very cautiously, even though I do know this is an action camera. So on the same note, I also have not been able to test the waterproof/resistant capabilities of this camera. However, I do intend to get a waterproof housing for when I eventually go to places with water or where this camera is likely to get wet.Lastly, for battery life, I was able to go through nearly a full day with intermittent recording of 5ish minute clips without any issues on the single OEM battery. Of course, I did opt to purchase several 3rd party batteries as backups, but I didn't even need to reach for them.Overall, this camera is super cool and shoots incredible video. I know this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to action cams and GoPros in general, but as a first-time user, I am more than satisfied with this purchase!

This was my first GoPro purchase and i'm happy with it. Battery life is pretty good. The app is surprisingly good and unlike most stuff these days you can fully use it without creating a login account.Best feature is the "quick start" setting. You just press the shutter button and it immediately turns itself on and starts recording video. Press it again it stops recording and shuts itself off.Its a very wide angle lens, so especially when taking still pictures you will find yourself having to get much closer to your subject than you would expect. There is no way to zoom in. (you can always digitally zoom later with the app, but you lose resolution then).Would recommend.

Great quality! Easy to set up and use. Battery life is great so far. Connectivity is a little weird but we got it figured out. Using it inside the race car and the design is great, not too bulky

Fast delivery and is a Bare Bones unit. I had the rest from a previous unit that I killed with a car ! I knew what I had ordered, make sure it contains what you need .

The way you charge the battery is stupid and you can’t charge it without opening the battery compartment. The battery also dies really quickly and I don’t know if it has any internal memory or if it’s just the installed SD card I put in. Overall I would not purchase this again. I like the night lapse mode but there are a lot of other cameras that have this feature that are better in other ways.

My foam cover that came with it was ripped, so can't use that, and i get a ton if wind noise, but other than that it takes amazing videos, easy to edit your own clips or the app will auto generate shorter video clips. I have an old galaxy s9 just strictly to control the go pro so I can use my phone with my helmet coms, etc, because the go pro uses wifi for the connection, which would not allow me to use my phone to control the go pro and play music at the same time. That last part is just a bit of advice, if your using this for a motorcycle I would use just an old phone you have laying around to control the go pro.

Was not in the original packaging. Was missing the part that went between the camera and the attachments. Only option is to return the whole thing or eat it. Leaving with it on a trip the next day so didn’t have time to return all of it and get a whole new one so I had to eat it.
