Great addition to a Rucker 2.0
Great for stability while doing other exercises. Pushups get easier when you don’t have the bag shifting. It will also help with the bag swaying. It kinda works like a regular hiking bag one does, little looser. Easy install, and it really does stay in place with just the molle.

A fine modification to your Ruck!
Padded and the molle came stitched securely. Add to front most column of molle on the sides. Thoughtful of them to add molle to the outermost area so you don’t lose a column when installing this. Highly recommend for rucks that have lots of weight, typically gr2 26l or higher, which I use as 5’8” dude. Strap keepers for keeping things neat and it’s super comfy and sturdy.

Don’t skimp by this waist belt
an absolute necessity if you’re going to buy a Go Ruck pack. Absolutely does a great job, super durable, and a good price.

Needs rings to secure
Well built however like previous reviewer this has a very poor design for attachment. Used during a Spartan hurricane heat with really tested its attachment. It failed several times for myself and my son’s. Had to attach carabiners to the molle straps between the bag and strap to keep it from falling off. I’ve added screw down latches to it now. Not sure what the plan was when they designed this but it’s pretty bad. With the addition of the carabiners it worked great, but you shouldn’t have to add that for the price you pay and from such a good company. Add the rings and it’s a great belt.

Unusable Design
Item returned. This belt cannot be used properly as a load bearing component. The attachment to the pack is not secure, and the entire strap system is not designed to incorporate a load bearing belt. All this thing does is keep the pack from flopping around. Just very badly designed.

Go Ruck quality
I just received this and attached it to my Go Ruck today. I haven't had much use of it yet, except to try it on & make sure it fits. It seems to do the job though, takes weight off the shoulders & distributes it more to the hips. No complaints. I'd buy it again if I had to, but being it's a Go Ruck product, I won't have to.
