Best pans I’ve ever own and I’ve own about of those so called non stick! It heats up and cook evenly. Nothing sticks and I’ve have them for months. They wash nicely. Here’s the deal people you can’t cook on high high temps in these types of pan you have to cook on medium or even between medium and high slow cook your food it’s worth the wait as these pans truly cook week and will last for a long time. Be kind to your pans and most of all your food it’s not meant to be thrown in high heat to cook as fast as you can! Read the instructions it truly is worth reading as I even learned a few things and once you get used to cooking on lower temps it truly works! And pans will last forever!

Our sons love to cook, but they are very hard on cookware. I purchased these pans at Thanksgiving and they have help up wonderfully. The nonstick surface looks like ot did when they arrived. They are truly nonstick and very easy to clean. We wait until cool and soak for a few minutes in soapy water, then wash by hand. I think our sons have met their match. I have already placed the 13 piece set in my cart and look forward to their arrival. Thank you for making a quality product that is affordable and will last.

It looks good and will cook/fry/simmer/sear. I love this pan! This pan will cook anything perfectly using just a little olive oil over medium or lower heat, along with silicone utensils. Clean-up is just a wipe, rinse, and dry (I choose to hand wash instead of using the dishwasher, even though the directions say it is dishwasher-safe). So far, nothing sticks, and the pan is very durable and easy to handle. Make sure you use it according to the instructions if you want this pan to last a long time. I plan to purchase this entire Bobby Flay by Green Pan set in cream to replace my 20-year-old Calphalon set.

Bought these pans as GreenPan has a good reputation and I like Bobby Flay. My hubby has a tendency to ruin our pans as he does high heat on our gas stove. The reviewers said only medium heat needed and so did the instructions. I asked him to try medium heat to see how they cook and they did beautifully. Super even heat, heated up quickly and everything has been done just right! My hubby does not use high heat any longer as these pans do what they say. Totally non-stick, good weight, nice handle... buy them... you won't regret it!

Guess I should have believed the negative comments about this pan. Great at first now everything sticks and won't come off with detergent. Never used sprays, only butter or olive oil. Never washed in dishwasher, always used a soft sponge in soapy hot water as recommended. Too late to return. I don't watch tv chefs and never heard of this Bobby Flay guy before I ordered this pan but he really needs to be more on top of the the product if he's going to put his name on it. One star because I can't submit with zero.DON'T BUY!

Looks like a quality fit and finish. Like the color and the rubbery handles. Perfect size for my needs.Too early to tell for usage but will update after some time.

These pans have a nice feel to them and food just glides around in them. It only takes a minute to wash them by hand. They are not too heavy, but just right and feel substantial. Someone posted a picture showing the outside of the pan brown and burned looking. Just a reminder, this is not the pan to sear a steak or fry chicken, as these are not made for high heat. But they are perfect for medium heat cooking. Very happy with them.
