I have at least two of these drinks, a week. I find them to taste good and help me to feel full, at least for a while.The consistency is smooth and easy to swallow. I like to refrigerate mine and I'll often use them to take my morning meds and supplements. I always shake mine and have never tasted any lumps or anything nasty.The size is just right to slip into a bag or a big jacket pocket to drink later or while on the road.What really drew me in was the whopping 30 grams of Protein in each container!! That's good nutrition and also what helps you to feel full.I've tried a variety of flavors and the Strawberries & Cream is definitely my favorite.I feel the price for a large pack of the drinks is reasonable, especially when you consider the Protein content. If you drink these, every day, I can see it getting costly ... but you should also consider what you would spend on eating or drinking something else for the same purpose.

These are a staple in our household! Great taste and wonderful to use as coffee creamer to get a little more protein in the diet. Value for the money. Low sugar and very filling.

Need these for 30-45 days (3x a day) but very costly if you have to buy many. I’m having major surgery. I wish these were cheaper. But fills me up for about 2-3 hours. Vanilla tastes good. High in protein for diabetics and people that work out. Only 1gm of sugar!

I don't detect that metallic taste some of the other flavors seem to have.
