Great product, great quality

Not too expensive but good adapter for Large Celestron and Small Meade Schmidt telescopes. Got used DSLR and always wanted to take pictures with the telescopes, this was an inexpensive chance to do it, also needed a Cannon adapter. First use was at night, could not get it to work and was disappointed. I realized a night there isn't much to focus on at night, so I set the focus at maybe a 1/4 mile object during the day which got me close. Then at night the moon was easy to find and needed minimal focusing, played with the manual camera settings and got good moon pictures with the small scope, will try the large scope later.

After purchasing this adapter, I then realized I need it yet another adapter on top of this one. Apparently my camera, even though it says it's for my model, doesn't actually fit the way I thought it would. Just keep in mind not all Canon EOS models are the same. I have an EOS R. I'm removing a star because that wasn't clearly stated. Otherwise, it works fine.

Just buy correct ring for camera brand and attaches to visual back on sct for full frame photos.

i used this T-adaptor to attach our new dslr to our celestron 8se telescope.it is a quality fitting.remains tight when turning with fingers. does not have any problems of loose threads when photographing the planets , etc...i highly recommend.Tommy @ Texas
