Fairly Easy to Use. Instructions were very easy to follow on initial use, (especially right and wrong way to stand and hold the bar) and synching with my iPhone was completely automatic. The data from the scale visibly shows while tons of information is being synched to the phone app. The phone app also is easy to use with trending analytics, and calculations to goals.Favorite Feature: Data to the Max! This scale and corresponding iPhone reports are phenomenal, and the result is truly actionable. The comprehensive data-driven story shows the true issue of fat vs muscle, rather than just weight. Users may genuinely (and humbly) become motivated to be more active, as the scale data can reveal a need to reduce fat and maintain muscle, or applaud success in doing so, based on real data. Even the bone analysis is revealing and very useful, especially for those in the prime years at risk of developing osteoporosis. In an era of advancing personal age, and escalating healthcare costs, having a powerful, yet easy-to-use device such as this can make a great difference in responsibly pursuing personal well being.

I wrote a complaint about the fee with the app. They contacted me immediately and assured me that the app was free and the fee was not there’s. I appreciate their quick response.

This body composition scale has been very excellent to use over the last couple of weeks. It was very easy to set up and sync up with the application on my phone and I've been able to get insight into my weight loss that I might not have otherwise gotten without a professional scan. When I was last around this weight, my body composition was approximately the same when the scan was performed with medical equipment. I can't speak to the accuracy of the segmental readings it provides, as I would need to get a DEXA scan for that, but simply from what I can see on my body, it seems to be fairly accurate. Overall, this scale has been very easy to use and really can't be beat at this price.

I received the Arboleaf smart scale today. The app was very easy to set up for Bluetooth to my phone but I repeatedly tried to connect the scale to Wi-Fi - even moving it next to our internet router and keep receiving the same error message that it cannot connect to Wi-Fi. We have two separate Wi-Fi connections and both receive the same message and it isn’t the 5G option since the instructions say to not initially connect it to 5G. The Bluetooth option uploads to my phone which I had next to the scale but would love for the Wi-Fi option to work. I can’t speak to the accuracy yet since my older non-smart digital scale is much nicer and shows a pound less than the new and most likely completely accurate Arboleaf scale.I emailed Arborleaf regarding the Wi-Fi connection issue and will see when they reply and if this can be fixed. The scale is easy to set up and use and matches what my doctors office digital scale says which was similar to Arborleaf and not my older digital scale. Looking forward to see the accuracy of the Arborleaf scale and if the Wi-Fi issue can be fixed or how Arborleaf will help with this.

I had the Arboleaf app already, so setting up this device was super easy. It connected the scale to my phone via Bluetooth based on the previous setup for a different Arboleaf device. It just worked! Really couldn't ask for more in terms of user-friendliness. I'd say the app has improved a lot. Connections are more reliable and it's much more useful than I remember.The detailed analysis and benchmarks for each of the five body segments are informative and useful. BMI can be so inaccurate and misleading, so its helpful to get a much more specific idea of how I should change my diet and exercise regimen.

This is a very nice upgrade from my previous scale. I need things like this to keep me motivated to stay healthy and get where I want with my goals. I worked hard on a body transformation years ago and weighing in consistently was a huge part of it. One of the most important areas I tracked was my body fat percentage. Having this scale with more accurate measurements is so important. This scale is impressive! Very glad I got it!!

Just horrible. Would never reliably connect. Would only work as a bluetooth scale when I had the phone in my hand, Plus, the wifi connection is only 2.4 ghz which severely compromises my data throughput by having to leave my phone in 2.4 mode. There's tons of bluetooth scales to choose from, I bought this as a wifi scale to avoid having to mess with my phone but their customer support fix was to hold my phone each time i use it!!!Plus their data UI doesn't have any graphing to easily, visually track your trending progress and also doesn't tell you whether your numbers or good or bad. SO FRUSTRATED and DISSAPOINTED with this purchase. Top it all off with there's no beep to tell you the measurement's done, so you never know when to get off the scale!I will edit review after I try latest instructions from them.
