Perfect for small space
If you have a very compact space for your home gym this is the bench you need. It's easy to assemble, works great and value for money is great. Unless you're a large person and elite athlete, it's probably plenty sturdy. Rough/rubber flooring helps to stabilize. My husband actually convinced me to buy a more expensive heavy-duty bench from REP at first bc he was worried about stability, and I ended up hating it because it was such a pain in the butt to move it in our small space. I use our gym more than he does so I decided to try a different bench. This flybird bench is light enough that I could manage to pick up the whole thing and carry it up/down stairs if I need to. The folding saves so much storage space, and the fact that the adjustable mechanisms actually latch into place is also really helpful when moving it. Our heavy-duty bench had a slot system that did not latch into place making it even harder to move the thing. Like I said unless you're an athlete benching hundreds of lbs regularly it's not worth trying to deal with a heavy-duty bench in a small space. Hoping this review might save someone from making the same mistake we did.

Solidly Constructed
This bench does everything it advertises. I've been using it for a bit over a year, and I am completely satisfied with it. It is sturdy, solidly constructed, and can handle all of the weight I throw on it. I use this to do everything from bench press (200 lbs + my body weight ~200 lbs), to dips, and everything in between. There is no wiggling of parts, everything snaps into place when shifting the angle of the incline. This has become a core piece of equipment for my home gym. Although it may not be the cheapest option, it is built with quality and it is a good value for the money.

Basic and reliable. Decent support. Folds up well.
I am a very basic lifter - low weights and not too crazy. For me, this was a smart purchase.I needed something fairly straightforward that adjusted to several positions - and that could also fold up.It may not be the highest quality, but it was better than expected. The adjustments are fairly easy to make - for a variety of lifts. The hinge is positioned well, such that the flat lie-down is comfortable and the hinge spot does not feel uncomfortable. When adjusted into different seated positions, this feels supportive in each of the angles. This is a pretty simple and good design. It folds up and stores pretty well, too.Can recommend and would purchase again.

Good value.
My wife and I have been using this bench consistently for 11 months now and it has held up very well. We aren't super hard core, but I am 155 and rowing 32 pounds and it looks as good as new. It is a little narrow, so stability for bench press could be better, but build quality and materials are very good , and the price is reasonable.

Good product, awesome service
Excellent customer service! I reached out, and they were quick to respond. If you don't find the screws in your package, make sure to check if there were pre-installed, which I overlooked. I'm excited to use this product, and if I'm in the market for more equipment, I will be shopping with Flybird.

Stable and well-made
I just use it for a small at-home dumbbell setup and love this bench. Very well-made for the price. It is steady on the ground and can collapse for storage.

Great bench for dumbbell workouts
I’ve used it extensively over a couple months and very much enjoy it! Stable and convenient platform for doing dumbbell workouts. I’m a 5’7” senior and typically use 45 lb weights in each hand for most stuff. This bench is the right height for me, easy to adjust angle & super stable.

Not bad, some flaws
I've been using it several months, and it's not bad. It's a little wobbly, and the bolts need to be tightened periodically. I wish I would have noticed that there is a newer model available when I bought it. I don't really like the latching mechanism on it. The newer model has a much simpler slot system. This one has the stupid spring loaded mechanisms that plague some workout equipment. They haven't broke yet, but I would have rather had the simpler setup. The newer model allows leg exercises, while this one doesn't. Get the newer model.
