Excellent introduction to the levels leaders progress through
Maxwell is world renowned as an expert on leadership.This book is written in simple language with helpful llustrations. I'm using it as a text to train young leaders in what is required of them at each level as well as challenging them to grow and mature into each of the subsequent levels.Great reading. Simple but not simplistic.
