2020 update:Still working. I take about 3 or 4 a week. That's enough.2018 update:I take one pill per day. That is enough for me. There is no question this product worked to help my skin. It has never felt better. Smooth and I do not itch...at all. I do still put lotion on periodically but not every day. It just isn't needed for me. When I feel it start to almost itch I take a second pill on that day and put on lotion the next day and that almost itch disappears.It's clear to me this is not a fad or quack nonsense. It really helped me. I love this product. I will probably take one a day for the rest of my life and I couldn't be happier with the results. yes I am raving...it changed my life.--------------------------------------------It's pretty difficult to recommend this product, as I suspect that results vary, and it is expensive.I've been taking these for 16 days now, and for me, I am definitely benefiting from this supplement. No doubt at this point.I only take 3 per day.My thoughts on this:1. I did get odd mild headaches and slight nausea at first when taking this. Making sure to take these when eating helped quite a bit.2. I have mild rosacea and sensitive, itchy skin. Google research on this pointed to polyphenol as a possible aid to this.3. I felt that it was helping after 5 or 6 days. However, I was worried about the placebo effect; so I waited longer.4. After 14 days, my wife commented that my skin was smoother. and it is.5. My skin seems to be less splotchy. My back was my primary area of itching, and it is substantially better. I still put some lotion on it in the mornings. The idea is the lotion fixes it on the outside, but polyphenol fixes it on the inside.6. My rosacea is probably the same but POSSIBLY a little better.7. I wondered why there are so many supplements, and which is the one for me, and why I can't know the answer to this. I think the answer is that everyone's diet and body are very different. What works for one person might not work for another, and this could be based on individual dietary differences and the way the body reacts differently. So if you go to the Pure Encapsulations page, there are large categories. Within each category, there are so many products. This product appears in the 'antioxidant' category. Antioxidants apparently helps with cell mitosis. (when cells split) Apparently, skin is one of the big benefactors in this. What about all the other antioxidant options? I have no idea.....8. Another claim on these is increased energy. For me, I wouldn't say energy. I would say increased stamina. I don't wear out as easily. But I'm not bouncing off the walls or anything like that.9. Why don't doctors talk about these supplements? I'm not sure. Mine don't. One doctor told me one time that he takes fish oil; but nothing about the other thousands of supplements for this, that, and the other. Maybe some do. But none of this is regulated by the FDA, and so nothing about the claims of these kinds of products is really substantiated. Everything is all natural, so the FDA doesn't care.10. Is it quack new age nonsense? I've been so back and forth on this for so long that three weeks ago I would have said yes. But now I am going to order more of these.11. How much is too much? If this works, I'm wondering what else I could take that I do not know about. I do not want to pop a handful of pills at each meal; what is the answer? I do not know. But this is the beginning of something I must investigate.Love this product. Results will probably vary.

Ive been taking this vitamins for over 8 months and havent been sick (knock on wood)

Since I saw a review that said otherwise , just wanted to add that I had no problem swallowing the Pure Polyphenol capsules even tho I have a few issues with other pills . I have confidence in the Pure brand , and look forward to positive results .

I have an incredibly high stress job, and regularly work 12-14 hour days as a remote consultant. Often I experience problems sleeping, lack of energy, and often don't eat properly (though I do try!).I'm on my 2nd bottle of Pure Encap. Polyphenol Nutrients, and I have to say I enjoy better sleep, more energy, and have seen a distinct improvement in my skin. My complexion has improved, much smoother. (I'm 55)The daily regimine includes organic cinnamon, tumeric, multivitamin, vitamin K/Calcium and 3 of these polyphenols each morning, usually w/fresh fruit and yogurt, but often on an empty stomach. Your tummy may not be a forgiving as mine, but in 2 months, no negative issues. DEFINITELY notice a difference when I take them vs. when not taking them!As other reviewers have noted - this is not a "buzzy" energy, this is stamina. I don't experience the morning "fog" or afternoon "funk".

I am giving this a '4' instead of a '5' not due to product (haven't taken enough yet to tell if it works well enough). No, a 4 because the seller of pure encapsulations could not or would not respond to a simple question of how to take this combination. I found the capsules very difficult to swallow - they tend to float at the back of the throat - and swallowing becomes an absolute nightmare. Re: consider that you are taking this product to get better, but all it does it sticks in the throat e.g. esophagus. You end up gagging. Having to upchuck every time. Cannot say why, but the thing is way too light as in not enough gravity to pull it down.So my question to the seller was - are there liquids that this can be added to or solids to mix the contents with...? No useful answer, well, actually none. I tried it with a green beverage - tastes awfully strong of Brewer's yeast. I'll try other methods - like yogurt. But it would be appreciated to know how well this mixes synergistically with other fluids. If someone has tried this, please write a comment and share your experience. Thanks

I've been taking various supplements for years. I had wild migraines and blotchy skin and my eating habits go from great to terrible. I've been taking this brand for two months. I had no expectations one way or another. Figured at the worst, I'd be getting some nutrients, right? Here's what's happening:I notice I have sustained energy. I no longer feel like the afternoon is all about a nap.My hair is getting thicker.I've lost 5 lbs.My skin is nice. (I've heard this from several people.)I sleep well.Mostly, it's the energy thing that surprised me. It was an exhausting year and it caught up with me a couple of months ago. I was dragging through the days. Now, I can't wait to get up and get going. Nice to feel like that again.This formulation was what I needed, no doubt about it

it's hard to review a health product that you've only taken for 1 month. I see my doctor in two months and I will beable to tell how well this works. Amazon is relentless about getting customer reviews and this is the only way I can get it to stop. If it allows my to update my review after I get my blood work back, I will share the results.
